Root rooted my phone, now what?

I rooted my x last night, and was wondering where and how to download custom roms to theme my droid x. i've been looking around on websites for custom roms for the droid x and it's all really confusing. can someone help me out please!?

Step 2: install custom recovery by Koush (droid x bootstrapper)
Step 3: backup using droid x bootstrapper
Step 4: download rom manager
Alternate step 4: install apex by fabulous via link in my sig.
Step 5: install theme via rom manager or by searching the sticky.
Step 6: enjoy
