Root rooted phone keeps rebooting

i have had this phone for a short time and i woke up this morning with my phone rebooting. it wont stop. is there any way i can fix this problem. I tried factory reset, and even going through the process with customer service. is there something else i can do before i have to have them send a new one. its rooted.

I'm having the same problem here. I have a CDMA primoc phone I think, HTC One V (virgin mobile) and I'm running the standard CWM Recovery dated 7-3-2012.

I'd thought I screwed something up or flashed a bad ROM or something, but now my recovery image is doing the reboot loop thing.

I'm in a bit of a pickle here. What the heck do I do now?
