Root Rooting - wallet, $25 credit and the free stuff included with N7

Looking at rooting my N7 using this method: [ToolKit] Nexus 7 one click root tool ! - xda-developers

1) If I do this, what happens to the Wallet credit ($10)? Will I still have this or will it be lost? (I know the credit is due to expire soon, but looking to root prior to that.)

2) The same can be asked of the $25 play credit - by rooting, will I still have the credit balance in my account?

3) What about the free stuff included with the purchase of the N7 - music, books, magazines, etc? I've downloaded some of the stuff but not all of it? Should I download everything prior to rooting, or will the free stuff still be available after rooting and I can just download it all then?

You get to keep all of them. Don't worry about it. I used this tool as it walks you through everything and has a lot of other features as well.

Yeah, I saw that tool too. The one I linked to just seemed to be a little less of a hassle (fewer issues, if you will). I'll look at WugFresh's again and maybe give that a go.

So the only thing I need to worry about would be books I've loaded myself and any other data I've added, correct? I'll lose that and just need to re-add it.

Yes. Wug's Toolkit will also walk you through backing up your data, setting up drivers, and all the other hassles. I know how to do most of it manually, but he really has it packaged up nicely. I had my N7 unlocked and rooted in under 5 minutes with it.

In fact, I just used it to force the JB update to my GNex and re-root it.

Well, I guess Wug's tool may be the way to go.
