Root Rooting with Gingerbreak?

Hey guys I was wondering if I would be able to root 2.3.6 on my atrix 4g with Gingerbreak. I don't have a computer to use at the moment. so I need to see If gingerbreak doesn't work, if there's any other way of rooting on the device itself. Thanks in advance.

i believe the gingerbreak exploit was patched in 2.3.4 so odds are it will not work.

also, im going to move this to the all things root section where it may get more attention.
