S3 vs Note (after ICS)?

Hello,

I am getting a new phone today, after reading countless reviews I think i am going to get S3. However I am also looking at the Galaxy Note.

It seems to be that both of the AT&T version has dual core processor of the same speed and now after Note getting Ice Cream Sandwich update today there is virtually no difference between the two phone except for screen and battery?

Which one should i get?

it real boils down to your comfort level with a device of the Note's size. You have to handle a Note for more than a few mins to see just how good the useability is (browse, type, play a game). But you'll likely not forget how large the Note is.. ever. I'm having a hard time leaving the Note for the S3, but at the moment I can't see myself carrying the Note again.
