Howdy folks,
Been having an issue that is new to me.
Prior to upgrading to the S4 (gsm) from metropcs we had S3's (cdma)
So any who since we got them we have been having problems getting and making calls Some times I have to call my wife 3 time before her phone actually rings and the same with her calling me. If either leaves a voicemail we get a notification right away of the voicemail. Also getting texts right away.
I contacted MetroPCS customer support thru their website and was told to pull battery while phone was powered on and to also remove sim card and put them back in restart phone and have someone call me to see if it worked. So did all that sent me wife a text asked her to call to test the phone she called and it went straight to voicemail twice and I got 2 notifications of 2 voicemails.
Let the Metro rep know it was still doing same thing so he said he was going to refresh my phone and to wait 30 minutes and try again. well it is still doing same thing. this time she called 3 times and it went right to voicemail i called her phone twice and third time it went thru. Prior to this I was using wifi calling I turned it off and tried again. when wifi is off my signal says 4G LTE and 3/4 bars.
Is this a metro thing? Or is it across all providers?
