Help S6 Edge performance problems

Hi all,
So I've had my S6 Edge for a while now and I'm beginning to notice some major performance issues. The system occasionally lags or is unresponsive and RAM usage is near enough always just under or just above 90%. When using Chrome and I tap the search bar, the keyboard sometimes doesn't show up first try, so sometimes I have to tap the bar numerous times which is becoming fairly annoying. I usually like to use Power Saving Mode but since that limits CPU power, I haven't really got any option other than to not use it.

I've tried wiping cache from things such as System UI, TouchWiz Home, Android System and Nova Launcher and nothing seems to be making a difference. I've also wiped the cache partition.

Just wondering if anyone can help me on how to solve these performance issues. When people say that it's lightning fast, I haven't got a clue what they're on about because mine certainly isn't.

A few extra details:
  • Android Version: 5.0.2
  • Knox is installed
  • Network: EE
  • 67% storage used
  • 64GB model

Thanks, I'll give it a go. Things seem to be a little better now; I uninstalled about 20 apps, mainly google cardboard ones, so hopefully things improve from here on out.
