safe mode displayed on screen how to fix

What is safe mode displayed on bottom left of my Warp Sequent
and how do I fix

Hi

Turn the phone off.

Hold the volume up button while turning it back on.

Safe mode runs the phone with only system apps running initially. It can be used to determine what is causing problems with the phone - is not the normal running mode.
