samsung ace reset problem

hello I have a Samsung ace after I root it I made factory reset then some menus come telling me to force close after that It keeps turning on and off displaying Samsung logo only what should I do please

You did something wrong. Either undo the mistake or flash a new rom, you can also flash the stock firmware back if you like.
