Samsung Galaxy as clipboard?

I have and HTC Desire and I love it. I work for an alarm company as a service technician. Right now my boss sends me my service tickets by way of a fax machine. I thought about getting a Samsung Galaxy and having my boss email me my service tickets and pull them up on the Galaxy. Here's the catch, there's an area on the tickets that I have to enter work performed and I have to have the manager of the location where the work was performed sign and date. Anyone have any ideas on if I can make this work?

:S cant say i know of anything you can use for that function, honestly? buy a clipboard it'll be cheaper!

I used to do this years ago as a computer service technician. We used HanDBase to create an app on our Handsprings that even had a place for the customer to sign. When we got to the office we sync'd it to the PC and it would email a copy of the ticket to the customer and enter it into our invoicing system.

I assume HanDBase is still similar in a lot of ways. It was easy to do (the mobile side anyway, the desktop side was custom .NET)
