Is your battery not charging?
Is it charging slow?
Is it charging at all?
It is hard to help without enough information so please fill in the blanks please.

Well on most days my battery charges up quick or in normql timeframe, but yesterday it seem like it couldn't get past 12% - 13%.
And I'm using DU Battery Saver.

Well, it could be a couple of things. Depending on how long you have owned your device, the battery could be wearing out. Most battery's are good for 18 to 24 months depending on how often you charge it.
The more I think about it, the more I am convinced it is your battery lol
Buy a new battery and see what happens.

Well I bought a couple xtra batteries about a month ago and I been rotating them. My phone is about 3 months old. Thank you so much but is there anything else I could do?

Actually I never thought of that, but that could cause issues as well.
Try disabling or unis talking the app and see if that helps.
