Just purchased this phone yesterday and can't get into my teamlava games like dragon story even though I moved them all to my sd card. How can I get back on under my user name instead of starting over?

I have a rush as well. If u just got the phone look in the app drawer for file manager. Open the app under extsd. Look for the game whatever folder you have it in and re install the game. It should have all info saved.

Move it from extsdcard (external memory) to sdcard0 (internal memory)

Placed on sdcard0 and reinstalled it. Still saying unable to find app to open file.
