Help Samsung Galaxy S Smartphone Class Action Lawsuit

Samsung Galaxy S Smartphone Class Action Lawsuit - Gilman Law LLP - Leading National Class Action Litigation Firm

This is not directly related to the indulge, however there are a few other phones involved with people complaining of hidden defects in the phone. I am also attempting to get on board as I have had numerous problems with my 4GLTE connection as well as other problems with the phone that users of the other phones are complaining of. If we all complain about the indulges defects to this firm it may be possible to get in on this. I think there are many other phones with problems, so let everyone know with a galaxy class phone that has problems with it that they should contact the number on the page I provided. I am personally annoyed with samsung customer support referring me to metro about the unresolved issues and having metro forward me back to samsung, the tech support loop is amazing!

Frederick: what exactly is your problem with the 4G connection? Because I'm pretty sure I have the same issues. My service would constantly go from 4G to 1X. If I use 4G continuously for more than 2 minutes at a time I would lose it. It's so frustrating!

Hi xpelicanx, sorry i didnt get back to you sooner. I too am getting internet drops intermittently. Sometimes it is 2 minutes and sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes of internet usage. You can easily check to see if it is your 4glte connection or an issure with your phone hardware. if you want to try to update your phones roaming list to see if this resolves the issue open your phones dialer and dial *228 and press 5 after you hear the directory computer voice. After this is complete your phone will reboot. If this dosnt solve your problem than it might be hardware related to the 4g lte which in my opinion is inferior coding issues on the samsung line, but could also be hardware related. Also if your phone is fast enough but metro and samsung are refusing to update it to at least android 2.3, they might be hiding hardware defects.

When I got my phone I had the same exact issues. Slow service low to no connection all the time, frozen screen, etc.
So I took it to the local store and the lady there did a full phone reset by shutting down the phone, and then pressing CTRL-R on the keyboard during the boot up process.
The phone's integrated data will be factory-reset, so you lose all apps, phone contacts, IM, call log, history , but the SD-card remains untouched so you keep all your media and documents = )
It did a wonder on my phone, I have 4G mostly all the time now as opposed to once a blue moon pre-reset and the interface is smooth with none freezes or hold ups.
