Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Maps problem

My Samsung Galaxy S4 is about 6 months old. I cracked the screen on my original and had it replaced with a refurbished one from Asurion. I am not too sure how long this has been happening but it has only happened with the replacement phone. When I use Google Maps it tells me that the GPS has failed. I read where tightening the screws in the back of the phone might fix it but it hasn't . Sometimes it still works even after it says the GPS has failed. Does anyone know what might be wrong and how this can be fixed? Thank you.

Try this:

Download GPS Test by Chartcross Ltd from the Google play store.

Turn on GPS and start the app. Press menu and clear AGPS.

Now without turning off GPS, reboot your phone. Launch GPS Test and as soon as it has a lock, do Update AGPS.

Hope this helps...
