There are a few available at SamMobile Firmwares Whether they have the one you need depends on the country your tab is for.

I moved your thread here as it didn't appear we had a forum dedicated to your device.
As Rukbat stated, you should be able to find a stock rom there to flash via ODIN

Thank you Rukbat for your link, I tried at first but they don't have the file I'm looking for, I emailed them and asked to upload an available file of the ROM, now I have it.

It helped me a lot and now I can restore my Tablet!
