Samsung probably copied the iPhone OS, then redid the icons then added numbers with the screen indicator. I don't really think this an "original" build for android.
 
Here is what is unfreakingbelievable.

It's coming with Android 1.6! Hahah! Great phone. OLD OS! Perfect!
