The first 2 responses were about as informative as the responses I've been getting from Sprint and Samsung regarding updates. I've been told to watch
Samsung Mobile US:
Everything I have heard is, yes. Some sources say we'll get 1.6, while others say 2.0 is very likely, but probably not until Q1/Q2 2010, and I've even heard there will be a firmware update in the near future to fix some of the known issues with GPS, bluetooth, and battery, but not update the OS.
The question isn't so much "if", but "when". And I don't think anybody knows that.
The reason for my offtopic response was due to the fact that it was this person's first post and there is already numerous threads about this.....shows that she hasn't really "looked around" before posting.
It'd be interesting to tweet that to Samsung and see what they have to say about it (I don't have or feel the need for a twitter account, so if someone else wants to do it??).

that means his computer has standards. Their twitter is just a waste. A majority of it is, we really have no clue, but we'll check on it. I truly hope HTC creates a slider phone for gen 2. They'd easily put the nail in whatever coffin Samsung brings to the table for round 2. And I have more faith in HTC for support than I do Samsung. Not that I dislike the Moment. It just reinforces that it's just a phone.
