Help Samsung Note 8 not connecting to the internet

Hello can someone please help, where do I go to get help with samsung note 8 not connecting to Internet problem? Thank you John

Hello I am going insane, I am beside my self. This is the 4th device I have bought, samsung 3 then another samsung then now note 8. Problem is it is not now connecting to wifi after being ok for last two days!!
It is connecting via the mobile data no problem on my sim card. I have restarted the device, done the forgot and re entered password, I have also Checked it is not the router or interenet by checking another phone by connecting to the interenet and someone else has reported no issues with their laptop. I am travelling and totally dependent on the device for everything. .. how I can get this problem on three dif fervent devices after spending hundreds of pounds is beyond my comprehension. Thank you if you can assist I would be most grateful John
 
Also when I go to settings, wifi, it's connected! !! But when go to the brouser or chrome it does not connect, I have checked Facebook. It will now only give me interenet when the wifi is turned off and the mobile data is on. It was working fine for the first 6 days since I bought this device
 
Is this when your traveling? or on your home network. If you are traveling using public WiFi when it says you are connected open up your web browser to any page and see if there is either a log in page or a page that tells you to agree to using the internet service ( should automatically be directed to this page). Like when I go to McDonald's i have to agree to using their free WiFi through the browser before getting full access to internet. Try this even if others say they don't have to do it just in case it works. Hope this helps.
 
What happening to Note series.. I received new Note 8 yesterday from Samsung online, and it is not receiving 4G/LTE services, and showing problem with bluetooth connection too. In Phone network setting, It is only showing connected to 2G network. Already spent 2 hours talking on phone to AT&T, have already talked to 5 persons from Samsung customer services.. no solution... now going to return it..
