Satellite finder app for s3

I need an App that can turn my S3 into a satellite meter.
The connection to the LNB on the dish will have to be adapted so as to have the micro USB on the phone side and F-pin connector on the LNB input.
One has to take into account that the phone using this app will send some 12v or 18v up to the LNB to make it work.
Any ideas anyone from the satellite hunting hobby???

That would have to be specialised hardware, to provide the voltage to feed the LNB, as well as a way of metering the received signal. Rather than just an app.

Yeah. Phones don't have the necessary hardware like a satellite frequency tuner. Never will.
