I purchased a Xperia z3 about 3 weeks ago. I've been babying this phone and have never dropped it. Out of no where, I noticed a hairline crack going from the top left to the bottom right. T-Mobile wants 175 for an insurance claim?!
I called Sony and they said they will replace the screen if there's no impact damage (single crack)

I will ship my phone and update you guys periodically. I love Sony products. I hope they don't leave a bad taste in my mouth. We'll see.
