Root Second hand LG Esteem missing desired apps.

Hello Android community!

I am new to android and have just purchased my first 4g phone (LG Esteem - Metro PCS). However, It is missing plenty of desired factory apps (I guess it's rooted) such as the browser, calculator, camera, youtube, and so on and so forth (not sure what else it is missing because I have never handled the phone stock). Anyways, what steps would I need to take to get this phones factory apps back?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post!!!! :)

Sincerely,
Fourth

First off we need to know your phone's version. ZVB, C or D.

From there, if the phone is rooted, we can just flash the stock ROM onto the phone.

Here is the B stock ROM

Here is the C stock ROM.

Or if you have ZVB or ZVC you can just upgrade to ZVD and it will reinstall everything back to your phone.

Upgrading to ZVD will prolly be your best(easiest) bet, unless you are familiar with a rooted phone and know how to flash ROMs and what not.

I have ZVC. Is there any benefits from upgrading to ZVD and what would be the process to do this?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post!! :)

Fourth

Zvd is your easiest choice plus that's what most of the ROM developers are working on. If your phone is rooted it will lose root upon upgrading. It can easily be rooted again. I would link the thread detailing the upgrade process but idk how on tapatalk.
Edit: it is the last link on the post above your last post.

Just click on the link to upgrade to zvd and follow the directions.

Benefits? Not really
