I called SimpleMobile and asked them if the Sidekick 4G was eligible to be used on their network.
YES ***
Since the SideKick 4G is now on an Andriod Platform all funtions are compatible with the SimpleMobile Network.
However may only work on a 3G Network appose to 4G
SideKick 4G is already Tmobile which would NOT need to be unlocked for this process, all tmobile phones are able to be used on SimpleMobile's Network!
