SIM card reader replacement

I bought a used Mini that turned out to have a bad some card reader. I know they can be replaced on other Motorola phones but can't find a replacement for the Mini. Anybody had to do this and have good tips on procedure and know which tray may be universal?

I don't know myself, but maybe try calling Motorola to see if they can replace it or will sell you one?

I tried them and was told that they don't sell those, only the tray. Thank you though!
