Currently I have to open a camera app to look at photos. Or am I missing something?

"Gallery" should be installed by default on Android, at least it is on Froyo 2.2 build# FRF91

I've got a HTC Desire. We're still on 2.1 aren't we? Or should I have upgraded? How?

Anyhows, no Gallery.

I like using Astro as pic viewer.

The name of the stock gallery app on HTC Desire 2.1 is Pictures or Photos.
