How can i install twrp on my lg f60 d390n .. ? i coudn't find an answer.. i want cm12 on my lg and i don't know another way to install it if i don't have twrp .. thanks

Easiest way is to use Flashify to flash the recovery and install CM12 through there as explained in this thread.
