SIP app with static IP ?

Yo,

My internet company has SIP.

It uses a static IP.

Now I know that with 3G the IP changes every time you use it.

So I am looking for an SIP application that lets me set the IP statically so it never changes?

hmmm... i now know one app for android, it sipdroid, you can check it on the market of your phone hope this will help you.
