Help Skype bug

I installed Skype on my Intercept (Froyo).

I found some problems with it and I am wondering if there is anyway to solve the issues.

1. If I uninstall Skype, then I can't reinstall it because it starts giving me an error message like "no enough space."
2. Skype always uses loud speaker. There is a toggle switch on screen to switch between speaker and handset. It, however, does not work.

I appreciate any input from you guys on these matters.

Since the update I can't even log-in to my slype, just sits there forever on Connecting. I try to cancel and sits forever on Cancel, and I have to use task manager to kill it.

Just got this phone for my wife and skype will not download.

It was wrking fine for before getting the 2.2 update, so maybe a bug with that.
