SMS/MMS Problem

Does anyone who lives in Florida having SMS problems?? I know for a fact it's not just my phone because everybody who I know is having this issue.

Im having problems sending text/receiving text to other carriers. I can ONLY receive/send text to other metro pcs phones. Been like this for 4 days now. Is this the same problem your having?
