Root So I accidentally Deleted My Phone Apk and OGG??

yea i was trying to patch the perms with lp and uninstalled it to install the patched version then it didnt work and now my phone and net won't work. Did the same to my lg home. Can someone please upload the lg home apk , com.android.phone.apk and the ogg file for the phone?

Did you try to hard factory reset.

yea it didn't work. I deleted the file from the rom itself so hard resetting my phone just restored my phone to the default according to the rom. the rom i accidentally deleted those files from. All i need to do is reinstall those files and i should be good
