So... What do you think of the new XENFORO FORUMS??

Its changed a bit since it was in development but seems really slick - still finding my way around.. would like to have the dark theme back - maybe its already here somewhere :)

Just getting my feet wet for now. Going to have to take a look around for themes and such as the default typography is ... um ... less than aesthetic. :rolleyes:

All forum posts are bold and italicized. :eek:

i dont exactly like it, too much change in just 48hrs lol but naturally i dont ever really like changes so whatever lol i'll live with it.
 
I hear that. Change is bad or different at first, then you begin to like it and then it becomes great and all is good!:)
 
I find it hard to tell whether I've already read the latest posts in a thread now.

Before, the new posts always made the thread link emboldened in the forum thread list, and you knew there was a recent post to read for that thread. Now they all remain emboldened whether you've read the thread or not. Unless there is a setting for that?
 
Also, before I could use tapatalk and when on my laptop later it would sync and not show threads I have viewed. Now they are no longer synced, that kinda stinks.
 
I like the it was before. Still trying to adjust to all the newness. But it will warm up to me soon. Been here for years and I love it here.

What browser are you using?

I'm on Chrome and it's there, but I have a lot more buttons, so maybe that's why. Try another browser and see if they show up.
 
Hmm. I'm using Chrome now and it still has no edit button. I'm thinking that maybe only staff are able to edit?

But back to the OP, I think it looks ok. I like that the avatars are bigger! But mine is stretched and pixely. Are there new guidelines for the optimum dimensions for an avatar with the upgrade?

In the upper right corner of your screen tick your name and select Avatar in the left column.
