Help Software needed

Good morning guys
Yesterday I bought my first Android phone a htc wildfire
I love the phone how ever when i Bluetooth a picture to my pc, my pc won't open the file with any of the software I have. What software do I need to support the file?

P.s I am running windows xp

Camera pictures should be .jpg, easily read by other devices. How are you transferring the pictures when you "bluetooth" them? Possibly somethings being changed in transit? Have you tried transferring the pictures some other way (i.e. usb cable)? Are those readable?

XP usually has a Windows Picture and Fax viewer built it. That opens JPG.

Try transferring by USB if you suspect Bluetooth. Or get Dropbox. Plenty of people here have links to get it.
