sony experia u mobile is locked due to wrong input of lock pattern. it is now asking for user id and password. but internet feature is deactivated....

It shouldn't need the internet for that - it knows the userid and passwork you entered when you set up the Google account on the phone. So as long as you can remember them then you should be OK.
