Help sound issues with jellybean

ever since the jellybean update on my samsung nexus 4g sometimes my sounds just stop. including vibrate. when i go to settings all the sounds/volumes are just the way i left them but none of the sounds actually play. this includes ringtones, notifications and alarms. once i reboot all is fine. today for the first time i had to reboot twice within 4 hours. that's annoying. anybody else with this problem???

I have not had this issue and I have the same phone/build. Are you absolutely sure it's not an app that is causing the issue? I'm willing to bet it is.

appears to have been fixed - needed to re-start while connected to web...

where is FacePalm smiley...@?!
