Speaker home phone use?

This may have been asked but I can't find what I am looking for in search.
Anyway, we have 2 droid phones, we want to use them in the house in a hands-free phone mode, with some sort of external speakers. I found some blueant speakers for cars, and was recommended this one S1 Sun Visor model.
Does anyone have any better solutions?

@Shadowtech and CRPercodani - thank you both for the info. I'm still reading but so far have not found one that will allow both phones to sync at the same time (not use, just sync).
 
I use my Droid in speakerphone mode all the time and I find it plenty loud enough (without adding another speaker). You can add another phone to the call (conference calling) and then put both of them in speakerphone mode. Have you tried this arrangement out?
 
@Eurosteve - I use mine in speakerphone mode also, but in order for someone to hear me I have to have it up near my mouth. I'd rather not have to hold it during long phone calls. We don't need both on at the same time, we just want the speakerphone to recognize both.
 
@vjohns08 - I've been reading about the Xlink system. It looks like what I need, my only problem being updating the software on my computer. Looks like it is not Mac compatible only Windows. Emailed the company and awaiting an answer.

We actually bought the Vtech phone system that performs this same function....and we got a phone (answering machine) and two household extensions for the same $99. I don't see how this solves the problem of a speakerphone for the OP...
 
@Snaz, thanks for the input. My first thought was the Supertooth Light, however, while it can pair with up to 5 phones, only one can be paired at a time.

I guess I'm missing something. I thought "pairing" is when the two items are set up to recognize each other...sometimes with a password. Why would you need to pair/setup both Droids simultaneously? If it doesn't store the paired info on the first Droid and then pair the second it can't really pair up to 5 phones? My Droid is currently "paired" with 2 different bluetooth headsets my home phone (vtech) and my PC. I can only USE one at a time connected via bluetooth.

Do you mean use at the same time? As in both phones hooked up to one speaker and you take turns during the same conference call? I thought earlier you said only one of you would use it at a time?

Or do you mean both actively connected via bluetooth and then whichever gets a call first gets to use the system?

If the last one is what you mean then the Jabra Cruiser claims to "connect" to two phones at once...

I am resurrecting this thread. We've tried both the Blueant S1 Sunvisor Hands Free Kit, and the xlink BTTN. Neither one has worked. I can get both of our phones to be actively connected to the devices via bluetooth at the same time, but the call quality is such that you cannot be understood with either system.
I'm trying to pair and actively connect two droids to a bluetooth speaker. I know that only one will be able to receive or send a call at a time, but I would like to have both actively paired. So does anyone else have any other ideas?
 
Problem solved. Found a Bluetooth land line phone system that allows me to pair both phones at the same time, I can set different ring tones and each handset has a built in speaker phone. If it keeps working the way it is now I'll be able to ditch the land line and use just our Droids.
