Root [Sprint/Cricket] unrooting

wanted to unroot as my rom downloads would disable my ringtones and notification tones. did the odin stock recovery but now my phone goes to boot screen and turns off. are there any .tar files i could use. the one i downloaded failed. im stuck with a half dead phone. please help. how can u flash a zip in cwm recovery?

well i finally got it at 1 in the morning. i found another good site that has everything for unrooting...Androidayos - Androidayos is an android smartphone users utility that searches for fixes, solution, DIY guides and tutorials, tips and tricks, news and updates. thanks
