Help sprint to virgin m

Can anyone help me with flashing a Nexus S 4G from Sprint to Virgin Mobile? I would prefer to not pay 50-100 $ after already paying for the phone itself off Ebay.
Any ideas?

Why?

if virgin uses a mmscurl like boost does you can just go to the dialer and dial
*#*#3282#*#*
it will ask view or edit click edit enter the phones msl and then go to the other tab in there is mmscurl click it change the url and hit ok. then just close it.

I dont know anything about virgin. I have boost and just put this phone on boost if the procedure is like boosts I could tell you some info if you need it.

The problem with VM is that all their ROMs use an edited framework.

Changing the APN values will only allow you to send MMS. Received messages will show as garbled text from a 999-999-9999 number.

CM 9 and 10 already have the framework changes built in. CM 10.1 worked for me after replacing MMS.apk with the one used on the EVO V 4G CM ROM.
