Still no lollipop!

So I have this Samsung Galaxy Note 3 sm-n9005 and I still haven't got the lollipop update. Why is this happening? Is it my phone's fault or is the lollipop update still not out yet for my device?
 
That Note 3 should have received Lollipop update by now, I think that's a non-carrier version. One thing it might be, are you using it in the region it was intended for, like if you bought it in Asia, it might not receive OTA updates when used in Europe. You could try using Kies with a PC, see if it will update that way.

Yeh, there can indeed be some third-party things that might break, like certain BT devices, so well advised to check compatibility before updating if it is something important that you use. It might be that the apps need to be updated.

I installed a program that tells my device's info and I says my phone is made in Vietnam but I use it in europe. I think it is a non-carrier version. And can you tell me how to check compatibility before updating and how to update. Thank you
 
If OTA hasn't offered any upgrades. Install Kies on your PC, plug phone in and see if that offers anything. Many Samsungs are made in Vietnam, no problems there.
