Still no lollipop!

So I have this Samsung Galaxy Note 3 sm-n9005 and I still haven't got the lollipop update. Why is this happening? Is it my phone's fault or is the lollipop update still not out yet for my device?

Looks like you have a European version? I don't know their time frames on getting lollipop out.

Is your phone rooted? I know it won't update if you root your phone.

Try downloading Samsung Kies 3 and update it from there.
