Root Storage space isn't calculating correctly

Note: I'm running CM10 nightly, I'm not sure if I had this issue before getting this.

See this image... it says my 10GB partition is running low (729mb) yet if you add up all the bits taking up space there should be much more. Also the bar graph shows I should have about 70% available.

I even got an error from Evernote saying it wouldn't sync because i don't have enough space.

Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks!

I soft bricked my phone when doing the CM10 nightly... so when recovering it, I decided to just stay with ICS for now since it's more stable. Now the storage space is getting read correctly.
