Root strange behavior from my esteem

after installing opera several strange things began happening.

1: the voice search function stopped working, even though I can still use voice to text in other apps like this one.

2: the keyboard begin freezing, that is to say I could press the buttons but no text was produced. this happens sporadically

3: my clock begin freezing, and will stop and display the same time for long durations.

this seems to be related to my installation of the opera, since it all began after I installed opera mini.

has anyone else had these symptoms on the Android?

phone specs;
lg esteem
plague kernel installed
1 gig ram, usually overclocked to 1.8 using cpu controller
busybox installed
2 x battery installed
lookout mobile security installed

other installed apps include:
astro file manager
ES file manager
titanium backup
rom toolbox
cache cleaner
youtube
goggles
flv player
Root explorer
facebook
OK cupid
skritch
evernote
adobe acrobat
most other google apps

when I use the cpu master, I usually set it to "performance" as opposed to "on demand" and I set both the maximum and minimum settings 1.8 gig.

this is not such a good idea, as like running a car at red line... drop that min back down before you burn something. it may have to do with your lagginess.
have you pulled your battery and pop it back in yet?
other then that, ive never had that problem with any other browsers, other then streaming, downloading, installing, all at once, then things seem to get buggerd up

kill running apps, maps, facebook, etc.
the two mentioned like to run in the background

you can also use the autostart manager in rtb and run a fix permissions in cwr, hope it helps

Ok well for starters, Like the guys said above me get a app killer running an kill anything benign in the background. The keyboard issue i have too, it usually happens right as i open messager and nothing comes up. I still haven't found a fix yet. Also....dumb opera man.....dolphin browser is where its at for me anyway. Backing down the 1.8 gig settings might help too. if your worried about games don't be...i can run shadow gun at 900, with very very limited lag. hope things work out...all else fails....cash in on your "insurance" that's why its there.
