Hey everyone, I just purchased my Samsung Stratosphere today, not 3 hours old, and I'm having only one problem with it: when I go to charge it the touch screen behaves in an odd way and almost 95% unresponsive.
The only way for me to actually use my phone it to unplug it, (I was texting and couldn't reply unless I unplugged it, sent the text, and plugged it back in.)
I was reading something online that I just needed to let the battery charge fully before that would work, and that I should have charged it fully in the first place. I guess I was too eager to wait.
Currently it's still on it's first full charge and hopefully after this whatever was causing the malfunction in soon over. But I feel like that won't be the case.
If anyone reading this knows a way to fix this, or any solution at all, please post. It would be much appreciated.
