What can i do to fix this, i dont have the money for antoher phone'

Have you tried the factory data reset via the recovery menu?

  1. While pressing the Vol up + Vol down at the same time, Power up the device (until the Android and exclamation displays)
  2. Pressing the End key will take you to the Android system recovery menu options
  3. Using the Vol down key to navigate through your choices, highlight the "wipe data/factory reset"
  4. Press and Hold the camera key to enter the sub menu
  5. Press Vol down to choose "yes" (Don't release camera key before choosing, otherwise it will back to main menu)
  6. Phone should reboot to initial setup screen, login with your account credentials as normal.

The phone will not enter hard reset mode for whatever reason. I have tried and tried again but it jut goes to the motorola symbol and then loops. I would be good to go if i could get into the recovery menu :(
