Root Stuck in setup wizard with no launcher

So I reset my phone to start fresh and stuff and I forgot that I froze or deleted the default home app for the L70 before I reset it, so when I press go to home screen in the last page, it gives me the LgSetupWizard FC, which brings me to the beginning of the setup wizard, same thing over and over again, so my question is, how do I put the launcher on my phone in the setup? I really don't want to completely restore via the unbrick guide because of the all my tweaks and whatnot

EDIT: fixed it :p
