Stuck on blank screen wifi settings

Hi

sorry I posted this in the wrong forum by accident


I tried to add my Galaxy tab to my wi-fi network via WPS but it didnt' work, now after 4 reboots (3 i issued, one random one), all I get when I go to settings > Networks and wireless is a black screen

I can only press Home button to get out of it. any ideas please?

dont want to have to factory reset it just to solve this problem but I will if necessary.
