superpad iii light flashing and vibration

Hi all, Great forum
I am new to this site and hope to get some help.
Recently bought this SUPERPAD III.
(The seller had it for few months. Now tells me it has startup problems)

When switched on
continuous white light flickering/flashing and vibration.
when doing reset everything stops for 1-2 seconds after all starts
again white light flickering/flashing and vibration continuously.
EXTERNAL SD CARD 4GB THERE IS 3 FILES

I have opened this superpad iii
all inside looks good and has SD card inside too.

INTERNAL SD CARD 4GB THERE IS 4 FILES

ramdisk 166 KB
uImage 2,627 KB
uImage_recovery 2,442 KB

Please can anyone tell if these are the right files.
If these are corrupted and which files do I need?

Helo and welcome, Bash62.

The device seems to be a Chinese Flytouch 2.

The presence of the antivirus software along with the symptoms you describe got my attention. I'm wondering if the previous owner of the device was dealing with a virus and just gave up, or if that Dr. Web program is stock in that particular Chinese version of that tablet.

By "doing reset" do you mean a factory data reset via the menu or recovery area? Or do you mean just powering down and then restarting?

Thank you for reply.

I did some resets:
Power + vol.
Power + vol + black button
and few more also did use the reset button too but nothing.
I thinking could it be corupted files.
I also did check all files with nortons anti virus no problems. can it still have virus?
Is it possible to use all new files again and try install. Which files do need?

Frisco sorry I forgot to say it does not go to any revcovery only flashing white light & vibration.
