Help System Update Stuck at 0% while Downloading for MOTO G (CDMA)

System Update Stuck at 0% while Downloading for MOTO G (CDMA)

I have a Moto G Cdma (BOOST Mobile) 1st Gen phone. Recently I got a notification that a System Update is available. But when I am trying to download the update, the download remains at 0% for hours. It has never moved to more then 0%. What Should I do?

i also tried using Data Cable and Motorola Device Manager update. Still no luck.
