Help T-mobile prism shuts down on its own and........

Sometimes it even resarts by itself without me even touching it. Why does it act on its own like this. Can someone explain what is that needs to be done to prevent this from happening please. Thank you

I would suggest to first remove the battery for a good 10 seconds and reinsert and restart the device.

If this does nothing then you might want to try and perform a factory reset on the device, which will delete everything on the phone.

I read a message on T-Mobile's support forum, where someone claimed that once they removed the microSD card from the Prism, the rebooting ceased.

I once had a Huawei M835 on metroPCS and this phone did the same, always rebooted, but only did so when it was on the 1900 band roaming on Sprint. But back then, I didn't think of removing the microSD card.
