I recently purchased a 2012 Nexus 7 3G tablet. My intention was to install skype/csipsimple and place outbound voip calls via chrome. Skype works fine but the phone numbers in my web-based crm are not being presented as clickable links. My intention is to automate dialing to increase speed and accuracy. Launching another application and dialing manually isn't ideal.
This all works fine on my phone and I figured it was simply a matter of installing a dialer on the tablet. Is there any easy way to have chrome to initiate a sip call from a tablet, ideally while keeping the webpage visible? =ralph
