My screen has collapsed and I have foolishy purchased a new LCD screen thinking I could change it myself.....now can't find any instructions on the web!
If anyone has suggestions it would really help me out
I am trying to replace my touch screen as well and so far I've used this guide:

The only problem is that it doesn't say how you remove the last piece of glass, which essentially is the touch screen. If you have found out yet, then please let me know!

sorry if i dont write correct im not very familiar with it
I have succesfuly made the change o a broken touch screen on htc tattoo ...the only problem that i enconter is that you need to have a good glue that will stick the new touch screen to the display. you canot use a superglue that will react with the plastick...for more information about the unmonting contact mee.....
