I've used TeamViewer at work for a long time to support clients. Probably the best remote software out there imo.
I've also had TeamViewer installed on all my phones so I can remote INTO a PC from my phone.
Last night I stumbled on TeamViewer Quick Support which let's you connect TO your phone FROM your PC. I can see this coming in handy!
It indicates it currently works only with Samsung devices (good news for US!). I am running BluKuban ROM and it works perfectly; other reviewers also say they're running custom ROMS and can run this app. YMMV depending on ROM? Give it a shot though, pretty slick!
